Design & Development
At the heart of Phoenix's innovative efforts are the activities of the company's design and development (D&D) team, which works towards developing products that meet not only meet the needs of the Indian market but also international standards so that the wider international market is catered to. All members of the D&D group are qualified engineers whose skills are constantly upgraded. Phoenix has always absorbed and used new technologies in developing its products. The most recent project of the D&D group is an LED-based phototherapy unit that offers a number of advantages.
Industrial design is one more of Phoenix's strengths. The appealing finish and the user-friendly features found in the company's products have been appreciated by all, including competitors.
Despite there being no legislation in India to check the quality of manufactured medical equipment, Phoenix has constantly endeavours to upgrade the quality standards it adopts. Phoenix follows Six Sigma and other management strategies.
